Rates, Pictures, and Amenities
Our 2009 Rates are as follows:
Regular room with 2 double beds (sleeps 4) $50.00 per night plus tax
2 double beds + twin (sleeps 5) $60.00 per night plus tax
2 double beds + bunk (sleeps 6) $70.00 per night plus tax
Cancelation Policy:
With the minimal amount of rooms that our motel offers, cancelations can really hurt business. Therefore, we have now upgraded our cancelation policy to 2 weeks for anyone who is booking 2 or more rooms. You have up to two weeks prior to your check-in date to cancel your rooms. If you cancel within two weeks of your scheduled check-in date, there will be a charge or 25%. If you cancel within a week or your Scheduled check-in date, there will be a 50% charge. If your cancelation is within 48 hours of your scheduled check-in date, then you will be charged for the full amount of the rooms.
Check in time begins at 3 p.m.
Check out is at 11 a.m.
Anyone who is not checked out by the appropriate time, may possibly be charged for another day.
Each room sleeps 4-6 people. We are also pet friendly. There is a TV and DVD player included in each room (no television channels). Every room has heating/air conditioning with its own private bathroom. Soap, bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes are included for your stay.
We have many different DVD's to choose from. Each guest is allowed to use these for free, however, if you choose to not return them or damage them, you will be charged a rate of $20.00 a dvd.
Damage done to the rooms or our property may also result in the fees being accessed to your credit card.
We are not a full service motel. This means that the business is run solely by myself and I have a full time job as well as attempting to run this business as efficiently as I can. I do my best to help you with whatever it is you may need. All rooms should be equipped with everything you will need to make your stay with us the best it can be. There may be times where I have to go to wrok and may not return for a few hours. My suggestions is to just examine the room as best as you can upon checking in and anything you feel you may need, it is best to ask for as soon as you can. I appreciate you cooperation and thank you for staying with us.
