Rates, Pictures, and Amenities
Our Rates are as follows:
Regular room with 2 double beds (sleeps 4) $50.00 per night plus tax
2 double beds + twin (sleeps 5) $55.00 per night plus tax
2 double beds + bunk (sleeps 6) $60.00 per night plus tax
We require a credit card to hold your room upon booking with us. We keep this on file, as we have a 48 hour cancelation policy. If you do not cancel your reservation with us within 48 hours, you may be charged for the night(s) regardless. Acceptions to this policy may apply. If it is not a busy weekend and we wouldn't have filled our rooms anyway, we will most likely not charge your card.
Check in time begins at 3 p.m.
Check out is at 11 a.m.
Anyone who is not checked out by the appropriate time, may possibly be charged for another day.
Each room sleeps 4-6 people. We are also pet friendly. There is a TV and DVD player included in each room (no cable). Every room has heating/air conditioning with its own private bathroom. Soap, bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes are included for your stay.
We have over 200 DVD's to choose from. Each guest is allowed to use these for free, however, if you choose to not return them or damage is done, you will be charged a rate of $20.00 a dvd.
Damage done to the rooms or our property may also result in the fees being accessed to your credit card.
Last but not least, we are not a full service motel. This means that the business is run by my girlfriend and I. We both carry full time jobs as well as try to make this work with our schedules. We have lives just like everyone else. We will do our best to help you with whatever it is you may need. All rooms should be equipped with everything you will need to make your stay with us the best it can be. There may be times where we have to go out of town for work or whatever reason. If you happen to lock your keys in your room, it would be an inconvience to get your back in in a timely fashion. If we are at work or out getting groceries or whatever it may be, it may take a few hours to get back to you. So our advice to you is to be as careful as you can, especially with the keys to the rooms. Thanks.
